Dear Piggy
some people just doesn't absorb Vit B12 as well as others or you are not getting enough in. If you take a vit B complex supplement and this is still a problem you may need to get an injection every month to 6 weeks.

Have a "braai" on the weekend, whilst watching the Boks make us proud, with PLENTY of good RED meat!!

2 teaspoons of Bioplus will help as well.

I was a total vegan for 18 months ... then I had a stroke.....

RED Meat is your answer.
