Vit B1 or thiamine is found in all unprocessed grains and cereals, legumes, meat, liver, fish and esp in lean pork.
Vit B6 is found in wheat germ, meat, liver, kidney, whole-grain cereals, soy beans, peanuts, maize, and in small quantities in milk.
Vit B12 is only found in liver, red meat, poultry, fish, milk, eggs, cheese.
If you require vit B12 then it is always better to take a complete vitamin B complex preparation because the B vitamins work better in combination. Ask your chemist for a good vitamin B complex or if you suffer from pernicious anaemia (caused by a vit B12 deficiency) then specifically ask for a vit B12 supplement.
