Please could you tell me if a girl is having sex for the first time, is at all possible for her not to bleed.

It is most certainly possibly, there are many things that can occur before your first sexual experience that can tear the membrane that causes the bleeding in many women, such as horseriding, gymnastics and other exercises. Don't worry, there is nothing wrong if you don't bleed.
