Vaginal delivery after previous ceasar

I want to try a normal birth after a ceasar 4yrs ago. How risky is this? How thick should the scar in the uterus be for it to be ok to go ahead and try a normal vaginal delivery?

The scar is healed within 6 weeks. There is always a small risk of uterine rupture of about 0.5%.
