Vagina inaccessibility

My niece had a brain tumour removed when she was 7 years ole. In the process they have cut her eye nerves, so she has eye problems like she is blindsided in the one eye and so on. But, other than that she is fine.

She has however never started to menstruate and then a dr prescribed the pill for her to start menstruating. She still only loses a few drops of blood for a day or two. Then her vagina is like closed, swolen or something. She cannot have sex as her vagina cannot be penetrated. She canno put vaginal cream in as it is just closed. She has been to several drs but they just draw blood and say there is nothing wrong. As she doesnt have a lot of money she is also on the bottom plan of a medical scheme and therefore has to go to a specific dr. Now we are not sure whether or not this is all caused by the brain tumour that she had as her mother and father passed away and she does not remember who the dr was that did the operation.

Is there anything you can suggest for this problem with her vagina? She is 30 years old now. She also has cold feet and hands and is always thirsty but has been tested for thyrois, diabetes and nothing has been found wrong.

I don't think that the brain tumour had anything to do with it. It sounds like she may have been born with a vagina which did not develop properly. She should see a gynaecologist. If she can't afford private care, there is often more expertise at the government hospitals for things like this.

Best wishes
