USN products

Thanks for the article regarding the quick fix solutions out there. What do you think about the USN product range, is it any good or are they just as bad as everything else. Apparently all there ingredients are totally natural, any advice?

Dear Jay
Each ergogenic or slimming product must be evaluated on its individual merits. Compare the various ingredients on the specific product you intend using with the list of ingredients you can find under "Diet Detective" on the Diet site. Such products should also not contain excessive amounts of vitamins and minerals because recent research has shown that while we need vitamins and minerals in small quantities, excessive intake can be harmful and even lethal in the long run. I still believe firmly that human beings can lose weight successfully and/or build a lean, muscular body without using ANY supplements, just by eating the correct foods and doing the correct type of exercise (e.g. cardio to lose weight, working with weights to build muscle tissue).
Best regards
