unopposed oestrogen

i recently had a partial hysterectomy & one ovary removed.
Want to share experience with others who have tried the oestradiol gel. How much how often. I tried it once and experienced increased vaginal mucus, that's all.

Not sure what latest research has shown re: breast cancer.
I know that combo oestrogen/progesterone leads to a slightly higher incidence of breast cancer diagnosis.

But oestrogen only?

I am worried that one ovary will not supply enough to protect my heart, bones and of course skin elasticity

One ovary should work adequately. You could have your hormone levels checked if you have symptoms.
