Unexplained rapid weight gain

My nephew has a disorder in which he gains weight rapidly (not diet related). He si 6 year sold and weighs 67kg. His head is 55 cm, height 1.25m. He was originally diagnosed with Cushionson Syndrome, but the tests were all in vain. We still have no medical diagnosis or cure. His rapid weight gain is putting pressure on his vital organs. He has breathing problems at night, snores and breathes through his mouth. Has blurred vision & headaches, pespires excessivel even in cold weather, gets exhausted very quickly even on short walks or climing steps.
Please could you help.
