underactive thyroid

i want to know what medication can be taken to overcome these symptoms? Will certain food also help?

Hallo Heleen
You have to be tested for an underactive thyroid and if there is a problem, one can take thyroid hormone supplementation. Food won't make a difference unless you are not getting in enough iodene containing food. ( like in iodized tablesalt?)
