Basically all cheeses, except fat-free cottage cheese, have a high fat content varying from 30 g/100g for Parmesan to 7.9 g fat/100g for Ricotta. Check on the Tussers label and if it contains more than 5g fat/100g of cheese then it is not really low-fat. These cheeses need to be eaten in small quantities if you are trying to lose weight or attempting to reduce your fat intake.
