Tummy problem

We have an 18yr daughter with Downs. She is generally very healthy except for her stomach. She sometimes gets constipated + also suffers from spastic colon. The Doc. says he can hear a lot of activity in her stomach / colon. Almost every day she complains of tummy ache. I rub her tummy out with arnica oil but it does not take the pain away completely. Can U please recommend a natural / herbal product to deal with this. Thanks

you can use Mag phos tissue salts (2 tabs three times daily, when there is pain increase to every 15min). Add a probiotic to her supplements and re assess in 2 weeks time.

I am a Professional Nurse and I would recommend :

Lacson Syrup 20 mls daily in the morning. This is a natural lactulose syrup that will soften her stools so they do not become hard.

Sennokot (Senna) tablets x 2 at night to stimulate natural bowel movement. Its also a natural product.
