TTC-

Hi

I have been off the pill since end of august 2004. i am still trying to conceive and i know it takes about 3 months for the pill to work itself out of your body. Is there anything that one can take to help speed up the process beside Clomid etc.

Clomid does not "speed up" the process. Clomid is used to regulate ovulation in some women who do not ovulate or who ovulate irregularly.

Use this time to cut bad habits (smoking, alcohol and caffeine use) and establish a healthy life style. Try and relax or remove stresses from your life and exercise. This way you give yourself an optimal chance to fall pregnant.

Remember that it can take a healthy couple up to a year to fall pregnant, so don't get too rushed. Unless you are over 35 or have some family history of PCOD or endometrioses, you should not worry - it will happen. Good luck!
