Trying to Get Pregnant Now.

Dear Doc,
i did HSG sometime back,and i was told that i have tubal blockage.my doc said its not conclusive that i should do laproscopy which is more comprehensive.doc is this true?if its really tubal blockage,what are my chances of conceiving?can i use chlomede even with tubal blockage?thanks.
