trying to conceive

I had a laparascopy in 2010 done the gynae said i had chlyamidia(it was treated) and that my tubes were swollen and that i will only conceive via IVF but i fell preg naturally and i had a miscarriage in aug 2011 at 7 weeks,could my history with PID be the reason i lost the baby and what are my chances of a successful pregnancy the next time?
