Transient Cerebral ISCHEA in adult

Dear Cyberdoc

What is this exactly? If the person just woke up and collapsed on rising what is it, what causes it, what is treatment?

Can it be caused by an adrenal crisis?

Regards

Dear Nix
TIA is a temporary stroke – due to temporary blood flow disruption to the brain. There are normally no permanent effects. See http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/transient-ischemic-attack/DS00220
Adrenal crisis can be a cause if it caused the blood pressure to drop sharply.
