Trampolien

I want to start excerse but don't have money for gym. So I was wondering if I can loose weight with balanced diet, trampolien and skipping rope? Please help.

Dear Nani
Of course you can do exercise at home - there is no rule that says you must join a gym to get results. Skipping and jumping on a trampoline are both excellent forms of aerobic exercise which will help you to lose weight. Do at least 30 min a day or 60 min every second day.
