tramacet  synap forte  flu

what is the most safest among pain/inflammation products eg. tramacet or synap forte in conjuntion with flu meds. body symtoms are as follows, fever  neck/upperback pain  migraine type headaches  sinus congestion. I am EXTREMELY sensitive for most pain/anti-inflammatory tabs, ex. coxflam, IB Brufen, etc.

Zelda - remenber that many cold and flu products already contain a painkiller, most often paractemol or ibuprofen. If aditional pain relief is required this should be kept in mind. synap does contain paracetamo, while Tramacet does not.
