Training programme

Hi Conrad

Could you please provide me with a training programme which includes weights and cardio. At present I do weight training four times a week with a 20 minute cardio workout thereafter. On non weight training days I do a a 60 minute cardio workout.
On a Sunday I play squash and on a Monday I usually rest.
Please give me your opinion on the above. My e-mail address is smuthayan@sars .gov .za. I have lost 24kgs in the last four months and was on a low carb diet. i am still struggling to lose the little bit of fat around my abs and on my lower pecs.I also started using CLA this week.
