As soon as you can, simple answer. There is probably good physiological reasoning behind eating relatively soon, because during exercise the body is obvioulsy using up energy and so the sooner you replace it, the better. So eating soon after is ideal, but there's no reason to think that 10 minutes is different from 60min. So practically, you need to eat within about 90 minutes, but whenever your appetite returns, you can eat. And it doesn't make a difference to weight, only to how well you recover from the training and get ready for the next day's training.
