tonsillitis

From having tonsillits so often as a child I now have pits. I have now got some food stuck in one of them. How do I get it out without gaging?

Kim, it sounds more like tonsil stones – dead cells that have accumulated in the tonsil crypts. You can try pushing from the outside and gargling with something like Andolex C®, but the best would probably be to have the tonsils removed. Good luck.
