Tonics

Im taking a tonic called Vit-T-Go (11g) what i have noticed is that it has creatine in which i have heard makes you put on weight 200mg of it will this amount make me put on weight?

Creatine does not really make you put on fat, but it can cause water retention which will make your weight increase. If you are not a top athlete who exercises for more than an hour a day, you don't really need creatine.
