Is it just the big toe or is it all the toes. If it is most of the toes and the ich start from the smallest toe, it could be fungal. Have you checked for dead scaley skin. Have you seen a reflexologist? Ichy feet may suggest irritability. If it is just the big, the toe represent the head physiologically. Try a reflex treatment. Good luck
