to skinny

I am an ice hockey player and need to put on some weight but would like to still keep a healthy diet. I weigh about 10 stone and am 5'8'' but would prefer to weigh 11 stone. You might need to take in account I run about 4 miles 5 times a week and play hockey 3 times a week.

Hi Skinny Bugger,

You would probably need to increase your overall energy intake to gain weight. Eat regular, small meals consisiting of a combination of carbs, proteins and fats. Eat after training to recover and allow your muscle to grow.
