To Cyber Doc re posting 1932

Thanks for the feedback.

We both took a course of Sporanox last year and when my husband saw the Urologist he did check his blood sugar and it was fine.
At the beginning of this year our GP also checked his blood sugar when he went for his yearly EKG.

Hi Mary
Try using a condom for a while - he may have very sensitive skin and be re-infected ( Candida is a normal "commensal" organism in the vagina and only gives problems if it overgrows ) Also try Lamisil cream for 4 weeks, and if this does not help, then it may be needed to do a skin scraping of the infected area and send it to a lab for culture - the organism may be resistant to medication given.
