Storm, assuming that there is nothing wrong with you, the easiest would be to drink coffee – not more than 4 cups a day. Try to space them – don’t have one with breakfast, rather have the first one at work. You can also get something like Vita-thion® from the pharmacy. Take two sachets in the morning and one at lunch.
