Dear Piet
You don't mention why the health guru has classified 'tinned tuna' as bad for health?? Has this got to do with possible heavy metal contamination? We do know that fish like tuna and marlin can be contaminated with heavy metals such as mercury. However, the UK Food Standards Agency has recommended that even pregnant women may eat up to two tuna steak (weighing about 170g) per week without harm.
