tingling sensation under left shoulder blade

i have a tingling sensation under my left shoulder blade, what could the problem be.

Rex, it is probably due to inflammation in or around a nerve that supplies the affected area. You can take an anti-inflammatory like Voltaren® for a couple of days but if it doesn’t clear up the best would be to see your doctor. Good luck.
