Thyroidism

My husband have a very active thyroid.If I want to fall pregnant will this have any affect on the baby?Will the baby be normal and healthy?Or must he go for a sperm test? Please advice?

I don't think that an overactive thyroid influences the sperm count, but I don't really deal with males. If you fall pregnant, the child will not be affected. Some types of thyroid diseases are heriditary though, so it would be a good idea to find out the exact cause of your husband's problem.
