Thinning hair

My hair has been falling out a lot through the recent years. I am very worried and would like to know what I can use (vitamin or tablet or any other product) to keep my hair from falling out and making it thicker again.

Hi Sam
Are you male or female? The only products that really work ( scientifically proven ) is minoxidil ( can be used by men and women) and Propecia ( can only be used by men) "Boereraat" - use Bergamot essence in your shampoo. Take a multivit like Nu-hair and check your blood iron levels.

Hi Doc,

I am female. I have had a blood test done and my iron levels are fine. I know that thinning hair is also a symptom of thyroid malfunction. My thyroid is functioning properly too.

I really am desperate to get my hair looking and feeling thick again.
