The effect of ice on health

I eat a lot of ice cubes from the fridge on a daily basis. Does this have a possible harmful effect on my health?

Freezer, it won’t affect your health but it might damage our teeth. Craving ice (pagophagia) might also be a sign of iron deficiency, so maybe the best would be to have your blood tested just to make sure. Good luck.
