Dear Cyberdoc

If a Nephrologist suspected Analgesic nephrology or IGA nephrology or Basic Thin Membrane disease would the results of the resultant sonar completely exclude the above?

The sonar results reads:
The kidneys are normal in size, shape and position. Both measure approx 11cm in length. There is good cortico-medullary differentiation. No hydronephrosis or focal signs seen. Is this good for kidneys?

It also sasy incidental finding of a benign cyst in the right lobe of the liver measuring 10mm. How serious is this and would they remove it?

Prostate measures 30x41x40mm. Is this enlarged? He was treated for prostatis.

Pain over the kidneys persists. Could the prostate or liver cause this pain?

Doc, please be sure to answer each question.

Thank you very very much
