Which of the takeout/fastfood meals are better than the rest when trying to loose weight?

Choose foods like grilled chicken and discard the skin, or grilled fish without batter, lots of salads, baked potatoes, and avoid all fatty foods like salad dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, butter, etc.

Hi,

I would think Nando's salad / wrap ...

Suppose as long as you try & steer clear of fried things (chips, fried chicken etc).
