Hi Kris

Yes, to both. Just because they're 'cardio' exercises doesn't mean they don't tone as well. So provided you do them often enough and at the right intensity, then you'll certainly see the effects. And if you don't have time for weight training or interest in doing it, then it's not really necessary, for most people.

So taebo is good for overall fitness, balance and co-ordination, muscle control and specific muscle groups which perform the movements.

Good luck

Hi Kris

Just doing Taebo and spinning is fine. Both these exercise will let you burn fat and it will tone you, plus the added benefit, it will make you FIT :-)

If you don't like weight training, no need to do it. The benefits however would be a stronger and more muscular body. Also, variety is a good thing. Not sure how much you exercise, but maybe break them up into 2's. 2 days spinning, 2 days taebo and 2 days weight training.

It all depends on your goals!

Keep up the good work
