Hi there - have you tried reading the sympton sorter for blood ressure - high (hypertension).

Stress can cause high blood pressure. Everyone is different - headachy, a feeling that your pulse is racing, feeling agitated. A bit similar to taking a tonic like Bioplus, or tablets for colds and flu that have pseudoephidrine, or a lot of caffeine.

If you think you have high blood pressure - most chemists will give you a free checkup - if you feel foolish being panicky. Get treated rather than ignore it as untreated and undiagnosed it could lead to a stroke eventually.
