SWELLING FINGERS

I am 17weeks pregnant now and my fingers feel swollen in the morning - is this normal ?
Is it not too soon in the pregnancy for the swelling to start? Does it mean something like Toxemia starting?
I am quite worried....
It is very cold at the moment, could it perhaps be that?
Must I just drink lots of water to maintain it?

Swelling is normal and it is too early for toxaemia to start. Cold would not cause swelling.
