sweating child

my son is 5yrs old, we live in Durban but he seems to sweat excessevily much more than his brothers, he also is always thirsty and some days does not seem to have much energy, could this be a sign of diabetis he does have a normal appetite

Tinkerbell, the excessive thirst might be a sign of diabetes, but it might also just be because he sweats so much. The sweating might be normal, but it might also be due to an underlying disorder like an infection, thyroid problems, anaemia and a host of other problems. The best would be to take him to his doctor and make sure that nothing serious is the matter. Good luck.
