Swallowing

Hi Cyberdoc,
I have a form of muscular dystrophy. I hate swallowing capsules so I avoid them. I recently got some fish oil in liquid form. I wouldn't like to get this in my lungs so please can you tell me how to swallow the oil safely? Would putting it in yoghurt be wiser?
Thanks

Dear Anon
Yes, it would work well (but probably taste terrible!) if you can swallow thicker foods more easily. You can even soak a small piece of bread with it if this will be easier.
