supllements to reduce PMS symptoms

I'm 28 years old and I'm suffering heavely from PMS for the past few months (since I discontinued my oral contraceptive). I want to take some supplememts to help reduce the symptoms. I've heard that Evening Primrose oil might help. I'm not sure what to get?
