What should your blood sugar normally read? I had a fasting sugar blood test and it read 15.

Bridget, a normal fasting blood glucose level is 2.8-6.1mmol/l. 15mmol/l means that you have diabetes mellitus. I wrote something on diabetes a while ago and if you mail me at netdoc@mweb.co.za, I’ll send you a copy. Good luck.
