Struggling to get pregnant

Hi

My periods were consistant for about a year. But now I might start one month on the first, the next month on the third etc. How do I count now to predict my ovulation time.

Please let me know.

Thanx

Work out the length of your cycle counting from the first day of a period to the first day of the next. If your cycle is 28 days, you should ovulate on Day 14. If it is 30 days, you would ovulate on Day16, etc.

Best wishes
