Stretching before sleeping

Hi

Are there any stretches that help sleeping?

Hi Sue, yoga can definitely help - if falling asleep is the problem, stress is the most likely culprit and an active yoga routine during the day will help. Try winding down at bedtime with some calming postures like forward bends, twists, simple inversions (such as lying with your feet up the wall), and gentle breathing.
