Strained Muscle

I have been walking 2-4 km two to three times a week. I did a 10km walk and seemed to have overused a muscle. The doctor says it will take 6 weeks to heal. What kind of cardio exercise besides cycling can I do to keep fit and still lose weight?

It might not take quite so long - but I suggest you go to the fitness page and foin up with WOW exercise programme. There are many cardiovascular options there - depending on what muscle you have pulled!
Swimming is always a great option too.
