It is possible to have the doctors stich you up a bit tighter after childbirth, as oppsed to just fixing the tear or cut that may occur?

At the time of delivery, only the tear will be stitched. Doing anything else would require a bigger operation and this would not be the time to do it.

As far as I know you can have corrective surgery afterwards, but I don't think you can have it straight after birth. I think you have to heal first.
