Spider bites

How does one best treat a spider-bite? I have two which have developed black centres (3-4mm diameters) - one below my nipple and the other below my navel. Will these wound heal without special treatment?

Syd, you have to make sure that no secondary infection develops by applying an antibacterial ointment like Bactroban® or Fucidin®. If the area around the wound becomes red an hot the best would be to see your doctor. Good luck.
