Sperm supplements

Is there anything on the market that can help increase mortality and mobility of sperm. How long should we abstain before ovulation to have a better result. During ovulation is it ok to have intercourse as often as possible.

Depending on the absoulte values of the motility and morphology of the sperm, it might be in some cases possible to augment sperm production and improve morphology. In cases where a varicoceleis present, this can be easily corrected surgically with a good result. Supplementattion using medication such as proviron may improve sperm count and performance.
Other trace elements such as selenium and zinc may enhance sperm motility. However, it should be stressed that in severe cases the positive benefits of supplementation may not be sufficient for natural conception to occur and ART is often necessary.
Abstinence between 3-5 days is optimal. Beyond 5 days there is an increased percentage of dead sperm (necrozospermia).

The Specialtist told us 2 to 3 days abstanance. And my husband had a very low sperm count,he took spermaid and Stiminogro. The Gynae said that and it says so on the pamflet that new sperm takes about 2.5 to 3 months to be reproduced. So thats how long you have to take it.
