Sore throat

Hi Doc :)
I have a sore throat. It's not sore when I swallow so it's not like a sore throat I've ever had before.
It's when I breathe in that I get a pain under my voicebox.
Also, if I bend down the pain is really bad like there's a lot of pressure in my throat and chest.
I am taking anti-bacterial lozenges from the pharmacy.
What causes a sore throat like this?

Thanks Doc :)
