Dear Greg
Chicken, as white meat, is generally regarded as an excellent food being rich in high quality protein, iron, zinc and B vitamins. However, if you are trying to lose weight or need to lower your blood fat levels, then it is important to discard the skin of the chicken as this is very fatty and rich in cholesterol. Eat the smoked chicken in moderate quantities with plenty of fresh salad, etc.
Enjoy
