Smelly discharge

Every month I have a very bad smell especially two weeks after my periods and I went to the doctor twice but nothing has changed. I am using a loop as a means of contraceptive

Ovulation occurs about 2 weeks after a  period and the hormones can sometimes cause a "different" smell at this time. If you have no discharge, then an infection is unlikely, but you could ask your doctor to take a vaginal swab to exclude an infection.
