Hi Doc

I am constantly tired- run down and just want to sleep all the time, it feels like I'm not sleeping enough, I have been feeling like this for weeks, I'm also feeling depressed and stressed. I'm taking vitamins to help boost my system but just can't beat this feeling.

What is causing this?

Basically the steps to follow are the following:

1. ensure that medically there is not a problem ( like anemia, or hypothyroidism, or clinical depression) by going for a full check up with your GP
2. Get enough rest - sleep at least 6 hours per night
3. Eat right (,34681.asp)
4. Reduce stress levels by exercising or going to a therapist
5. get help if you think you may have depression or anxiety - test yourself on
