Skin problems

I have these white patches on my back. NOt painfull or anything. But a bit concerned, perhaps a symptom of lacking something else, maybe vitamins or irons.

Please advise

Small white patches on the back may indicate a fungal infection. Fine scaling is associated with fungal infection. White spots may also apper in the wake of a preceding inflammation=red spots. Deficiency of iron/vitamins is not associated with white spots.
